The practice is conveniently located on the Ground Floor of the South Village, next to plus fitness & Ray White, and is a 4 minute walk from Kirrawee train station. There is also free parking right next to our practice for our patient's easy accessibility, and 3-hour free underground parking.

Practice Communication Policy

 

Our practice is committed to providing clear, respectful, and timely communication with our patients/clients. Our office telephone lines are answered during regular business hours. Your calls will be promptly answered by administrative staff as soon as one of our team members is available. Our office phone system is not monitored continuously. For urgent medical or safety concerns, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency facility. Do not rely on email, or website messages for urgent issues.
 

We strive to maintain a respectful and professional environment for both staff and patients. Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate language toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in Limitations on communication or services.


Where available, patients may contact the practice via email and online forms for non-urgent matters only. All telephone and electronic communications are handled in accordance with privacy and confidentiality laws. We may need to verify your identity before discussing personal or sensitive information.

 

Feedback and Complaints

The best way to deal effectively with concerns and complaints is to communicate openly and respectfully. The practice manager or the treating doctor can relay concerns and complaints at a local level. If you are dissatisfied, and satisfaction is not gained with consultation with our practice, complaints to a state body can be made to:
